Hispanic Majority is run by a National Executive Board and a working national Board of Directors. The Executive Board manages the strategic vision of the organization and focuses on fundraising and outreach while the national Board of Directors oversees the day-to-day planning and organizes local fundraising and outreach activities.

Contributions or gifts to Hispanic Majority are not tax deductible for income tax purposes. Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, address, occupation and name of employer of individuals whose contributions exceed $200 per election cycle. Contributions are limited to $5000 per calendar year. Contributions from corporations, labor unions, foreign nationals and federal government contractors are prohibited.
